Kausani is a beautiful place which is located at a distance of 52km north of Almora. You can go by air; the nearest airport is located at Patanagar which is about 162 kilometers from Kausani. From there you can take taxi or bus. You can also choose bus as a way of traveling; there are several private buses which are routed for Kausani.

By Bus: The distance is 433 kms approx and the route is like this Delhi-Hapur-Moradabad-Ramnagar-Ranikhet-Kausani.
By Train: The distance is 132 kms approx and the nearest destination is Kathgodam and from there you will easily get bus or taxi till Kausani.
By Air: The distance is 162 kms approx and the nearest airport for Kausani is Patanagar and from there you will easily get a taxi.
